SIA Darret House provides professional earthworks and site preparation services using modern tractor and construction equipment operated by experienced specialists. With over 10 years of operational experience, we deliver reliable and efficient solutions for construction site development.
Our services include comprehensive site preparation for construction projects, foundation excavation and backfilling, trenching for sewerage and utility networks, removal of old foundations, stumps and vegetation, terrain leveling, surface layer removal, demolition works, and construction debris removal.
We also provide full-scope access road construction, including site preparation, material supply, and road development in areas where no infrastructure previously existed. In addition, we offer bulk material delivery using dump trucks for road construction and infrastructure needs.
Territory improvement services include land leveling, landscaping preparation, paving works, territory cleaning, layout installation, and pond excavation.
To ensure efficient project execution, Darret House provides delivery of all types of bulk materials — sand, rubble, gravel, pebbles, black soil and backfill soil — using dump trucks with a capacity of up to 18 m³, as well as removal of excess materials from construction sites when required.
